Başvuru Şekli

Tüm başvurular ÖZET metinler üzerinden alınmaktadır. Çalışmanızın özet metnini http://ukas.siirt.edu.tr/login.html adresinden kayıt oluşturup giriş yaparak sistem üzerinden göndermeniz gerekmektedir. Özet metinlerin yazım kuralları sistem üzerinde ayarlanmıştır.  Sempozyum katılım bedeli ile ilgili dekont ve özet sempozyum komitesine ulaştırıldığında 3-7 gün içinde sempozyuma katılımın sağlanabilmesi için tarafınıza gerekli bilgilendirme yapılacaktır. Sempozyum katılım bedeli ile ilgili dekontun elifcelik@siirt.edu.tr adresine mail yoluyla gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.

Sempozyum katılım ücreti

·         Sözlü Sunum / Poster: 150 TL / 30 $ (Amerikan Doları)

TL Payments: (Hesaba yatırılıp Sempozyum Sayfasında Öngörülen Şekilde İlgili Adrese Dekont PDF Olarak Ulaştırılmalıdır. )

*Katılımcıların banka havalesi yaparken açıklama kısmına UKASNİSAN2019 - Katılımcı Adı  Soyadı şeklinde açıklama yapmaları zorunludur.

 *Kayıt ücreti iade edilmez. (Kabul edilmeyen bildiri ücretleri iade edilecektir.)

*Sempozyuma şahsen katılacak her katılımcı, kayıt ücreti ödemek zorundadır. İki bildiri sunumu kayıt ücretine dahildir. Ek bildiriler ek ücrete(100 TL/20$) tabidir .

Tam Metin Gönderimi

Kongremize göndermiş olduğunuz özet metnin kabul edilmesi halinde -dilerseniz- en geç 13 Mayıs 2019 tarihine kadar TAM METNİNİZİ gönderebilirsiniz (tam metin gönderim zorunluluğu yoktur).  Tam metninizi kongre dillerinden birinde (TÜRKÇE, İNGİLİZCE) yazabilirsiniz.

Önemli Not

*Katılım Belgesi yalnızca kayıt ücretini ödeyenlere ve kayıt yapanlara verilir.

*Tüm katılımcıların (bildiriler, posterler ve eğitim materyalleri sunma, panellerdeki katılımcıları dinleme) kayıt ücretini ödemeleri gerekmektedir.

- Sempozyumda kabul edilen ve sunulan özet veya tam metinler ISBN'li kongre kitabında yayınlanacaktır.

- Sempozyum kapsamında özetleri uygun görülen ve sunumlarını yapan katılımcılarımızın tam metinleri, Gece Kitaplığı yayınevince (link: https://www.gecekitapligi.com/ )uluslararası kitap bölümü olarak yayınlanabilecektir. Yayın talebiniz ve tam metin yazım kuralları için sempozyum yürütücüleri veya Gece Kitaplığı yayınevi ile iletişime geçebilirsiniz. 

Application Form

All applications are taken from abstracts. The summary text of your work is required to create a record from http://ukas.siirt.edu.tr/login.html and log in via the system. The rules for writing abstract texts are set on the system. When the relevant receipt and summary is sent to the symposium committee, the necessary information will be provided to ensure participation in the symposium within 3-7 days.

Symposium participation fee

• Oral Presentation / Poster: 30 $ (USA Dollar) / 150 TL

For $ (USD) Payments: (The deposit of the account and the receipt as stipulated in the symposium page to the appropriate address as PDF)

* Participants are required to make an explanation as UKASAPRIL2019 - Participant Name Surname in the explanation part when making a bank transfer.

- Participation in scientific programs

- Exhibitor card

- Pen and so on. stationery, promotional information

- Breaks during the congress

- 1 lunches

- Access to the conference room at the accommodation (in the morning)

- Presentation of Siirt Center and its immediate surroundings (Delikli Taş, Veysel Karani Tomb, Tillo)

* Registration fee is not refundable.
* Each participant in the symposium must pay the registration fee. 
Two papers are included in the registration fee. 
Additional statements are subject to additional charges (20 $/100 TL).

Full Text Submission

If the abstract text you have submitted to our congress is accepted - you can send your 

FULL TEXT until 13 May 2019 (no full-text submission is required). 

You can write your full text in one of the congress languages ​​(ENGLISH, ENGLISH).

 Important Note

* The Certificate of Participation is awarded only to those who pay the registration fee and to the registrants.

* All participants are required to pay the registration fee (submitting papers, posters and training materials, listening to participants in the panels).

- Abstracts or full texts accepted and presented in the symposium will be published in the congress book with ISBN.

- Full text of the participants, whose abstracts are appropriate and presenting in the scope of the symposium, can be published as an international book section by the Gece Kitaplığı publishing (link: https://www.gecekitapligi.com/) You can contact the symposium executives or the Gece Kitaplığı publisher for your publication request and for full text writing rules.
